"Saw this on trainorders.com. No idea when this would
hit the Staples Sub., but I believe the power usually
runs through to St. Paul. The 4016 is a new KCS
SD70ace and is right now on the point.

Maybe it will hit the Staples Sub. during this
upcoming cold and hopefully clear weekend.
