Andy or anybody know how often they use the switcher at the steam plant, trying to find a good time to catch it.

Mornings twice a week when I was going to classes. Usually spaced a part a couple days. Had to dump 40 cars in two 20 car cuts so it wasn't exactly a fast process... No real set schedule, was always a game a chance with that one I'm afraid.

where exactly is this at??? I can't picture it.

when I was on the rails there was this one guy who was notorius for not setting hand brakes and when the air would bleed out of the cars they would roll and they ended up at the U, thats the story anyway, where we were setting cars out I dont remember. anyone ever seen this happen???
