I dropped by Pig's Eye today (11-28-05) and saw two Soo SD60s (6062 and 6014) holding down a windmill train.
I am not sure of its path or departure. Just a heads up for you northerners.

Alright. Well ya dont have to be in Wisconsin as im not obviosly, just have to know stuff about the railroads that i have stuff on. Plus there is a class one section and you have CP pics ( CP in WI ) BNSF pics (WI) and on and on. So your fine. Thanks. Alec |

I have seen a few of these over the summer crossing hwy 169 west bound through brooklyn center/new hope area. I know that they have been putting up several new energy farms near Morris MN, good chance they are heading that way. If you get the chance to travel south near the town of Kasson MN there are several large wind farms in that area that are pretty neat to see. |
