Yep, it's at Northtown. Those trains come down that track at slopes down from the CP mainline. I didn't know they still used those tracks, but that was before I saw the train down there that one day.

The way I mapped it out there is the single siding off the east main at Marshall St. The CP switch's the Mill and a few of the industrial buildings directly to the west of the mill. There is a grain mill off of 27th ave but I do not know if it is in use, if it is it would be switched by the BNSF, other than the NSP riverside plant the BNSF does switch the waterworks and afew other industry buildings off of California St.
