Well guys the first rock trains are now on the way. I was on a load coming back from dresser yesterday. I was going to ask... do u guys ever go out and railfan that line? There are some really nice places to get pictures on the minnesota side. Like yesterday would have been great... 4 Soo 60's and 65 rock cars... 8th notch all the way up the hill.

I saw the MT's sitting in dresser monday and wednesday.

the last grade crossing, east of the DQ in osceola, there is a brown house up the hill on the south side of the tracks, honk loudly.......I am usualy there at the GF's

I have a few pics of the drawbridge down on the river, that line is gorgeous. I wish I would have caught a few rock trains when I was working there.

Any sort of schedule with these trains? I have several locations along that line but there are so few trains that it would be nice to know if one was coming.

Talked to the signal maintainer today and he said he would be back WAYYYY later. Like 11 or so. So needless to say I didnt bother looking for it. But thanks for the heads up.
