Happend across this unpatched Illinois Central SD40-2 while giving chase to a Westbound CP reroute train. As you can see I only caught the tail end of that. Was also an Operation Lifesaver paint scheme. Also a bit of an oddity......IC 6060 is not listed in the Diesel Shop Roster so I'm only assuming it's a 40-2 |

Good catch, last time I saw him the snow was on the ground. That unit would be an EMD SD40-2R built in 1966 as GM&O 911 ICG 6060 IC 6060. |
